Are you Open?

Yes! Our boutique is open on Monday - Friday and Saturday's. Sunday we are closed.

Do i need an appointment?

We kindly ask to request an appointment so that we are able to adhere to governement restrictions on the amount of people we are allowed to have in store at one given time. Masks are to be worn at all times including when trying on our gowns.

Do you have Covid-19 measures in place?

The safety of our community and staff against the spread of the Covid-19 is most important to us. Once restrictions in Victoria have been lifted and visits are permitted in our boutique, be rest assured that:

·          Improved cleaning and hygiene measures are in place and will continue indefinitely

·          It is a condition of entry into our boutique that all clients wear a mask including when trying on gowns

·          Visitors are to register their details using our QR Code located prior to entering our boutique

Do you have ready to wear/off the rack options?

Yes! We stock many ready to wear gowns that are available to ship immediately including Bridal

Do you offer Video Calling/Phone consultations?

We would be delighted to answer any questions and discuss options to find the perfect gown for your special event.

Do you offer Payment Plans?

Yes! We offer a Lay- By plan where all you need is 30% of your total order! Contact us for more details.

Do you deliver Australia Wide?

Yes! We deliver directly to your door via Australia Post anywhere in Australia to all major cities -including Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Launceston - as well as rural areas.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We deliver to New Zealand, USA, France, UK and UAE

Do you offer Petite and Curve Sizes?

Yes! We celebrate all Sizes 00-28

Do you offer Refunds on Change of Mind?

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds in any circumstance unless faulty.

My Wedding/Special Event is cancelled. Am I eligible for a refund?

These times are challenging for all and we are supporting the best way we can. The above still applies. 

What if I choose the wrong size?

We are happy to exchange only on items that are in original, undamaged, be unworn, unused and with all tags intact.

Our clearance sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note. All Sale clearance items are final.

If an item is out of stock can I Special Order it?

Yes! Delivery for Special Orders can take up to 18 weeks for delivery. Rush Priority options may be available for an additional fee. During Covid-19 please allow ample time as delays can occur.
